Be Money Ready
As part of their community care promise, Knightstone wanted to help residents understand money management and give relevant, timely advice across all financial matters. We created ‘Be Money Ready’,
a one-stop web resource, rich in video and bite size content with directions for further reading and downloads. We also created a newspaper with focused information delivered to every household alongside an ongoing roadshow tour that takes advisers into communities to engage with residents one on one.

As a business, Knightstone used multiple brands to represent areas of operation resulting in confusion and conflict internally & externally. We spent 6 months in discovery - working with staff, residents, local authorities and partners (eg. Persimmon Homes) – to identify key issues, leading to a strategic brand positioning report that would not only simplify their offering, but would help them change the way they work, communicate and do business.
